\u2014 Ingen plass er vel meir naturleg \u00e5 bes\u00f8ke enn Austevoll n\u00e5r temaet er berekraftig matproduksjon og hausting av havet, seier statsminister Erna Solberg.<\/div>
I 2017 tok Erna Solberg med seg sine fire nordiske statsministerkollegaer til Austevoll. P\u00e5 havbruksstasjonen presenterte statsministrane sitt fellesnordiske initiativ for \u00e5 n\u00e5 berekraftsm\u00e5la til FN. I L\u00f8o i Bekkjarvik seinare p\u00e5 dagen haldt dei nordiske statsleiarane m\u00f8te i Nordisk r\u00e5d.<\/div>
\u2014 Det er alltid hyggeleg \u00e5 sj\u00e5 meir av Noreg enn innsida av eit m\u00f8terom i Oslo n\u00e5r mine fire statsministerkollegaer og eg samlast. Dessutan har Austevoll veldig mykje spennande \u00e5 vise til: B\u00e5de innanfor framifr\u00e5 forsking, einest\u00e5ande fiskerikompetanse, og eit fantastisk sluttprodukt, nemleg maten p\u00e5 Bekkjarvik gjestgiveri, seier Erna Solberg.<\/div>

Nordens hovudstad<\/h3><\/div>
\u2014 Eg har sp\u00f8kt med at Austevoll den 30. mai 2017 var Nordens faktiske hovudstad, seier ordf\u00f8rar Morten Storeb\u00f8.<\/div>
\u2014 Det var kanskje \u00e5 ta litt hardt i, men eg trur ikkje vi skal kimsa av kor stort det at alle dei fem nordiske statsministrane kjem p\u00e5 bes\u00f8k og legg fram sitt svar p\u00e5 dei globale klimautfordringane her i Austevoll, seier Morten Storeb\u00f8.<\/div>
Sj\u00f8lv om det var eit tettpakka program p\u00e5 statsministranes bes\u00f8k i Austevoll, s\u00e5 vart det likevel tid til ein prat mellom statsministaren og ordf\u00f8rar p\u00e5 b\u00e5tturen fr\u00e5 Sauganeset til Bekkjarvik.<\/div>
\u2014 Sidan me hadde Huftar\u00f8y p\u00e5 eine sida og Reksteren p\u00e5 hi s\u00e5 gjorde temaet seg sj\u00f8lv. D\u00e5 m\u00e5tte det handle om ferjefri E39. Det er eit enormt viktig prosjekt for regionen v\u00e5r og for heile landet. Og det er einaste farbare veg for p\u00e5kopling til Austevoll, seier Morten Storeb\u00f8.<\/div>

Kjenner Austevoll<\/h3><\/div>
Ved starten av turen fr\u00e5 forskingsstasjonen p\u00e5 Sauganeset mimra statsministeren om sine f\u00f8rste bes\u00f8k til Austevoll kommune.<\/div>
\u2014 D\u00e5 eg studerte hadde studentparlamentet \u00e5rlege seminar for alle med tillitsverv p\u00e5 Bekkjarvik Gjestegiveri, s\u00e5 eg var der tre-fire ganger. Det var mine f\u00f8rste m\u00f8te med Austevoll. Seinare, som stortingsrepresentant, har eg vore i Austevoll fleire gonger, eg m\u00f8ter austevollingar i titt og ofte, og eg har jo ogs\u00e5 hatt eit par austevollingar tilsett i regjeringsapparatet. Eg vil derfor meine at eg har god peiling p\u00e5 kva som r\u00f8rer seg i kommunen, kva styrkar Austevoll har og kva utfordringar ein st\u00e5r overfor, seier statsminister Erna Solberg.<\/div>
