H\u00f8gre vil legge til rette for l\u00e6ring gjennom heile livet. Dei gode vilk\u00e5ra skapar me gjennom tidleg innsats, god fagleg kvalitet, skule-heim samarbeid, tiltak som fremmar l\u00e6relyst og trygge omgjevnader. Vi skal arbeide for l\u00e6ring fr\u00e5 ung alder og ein fagleg sterk skule som rustar unge for framtidige samfunnsutfordringar.Barnehagen er grunnlaget for vidare l\u00e6ring. Det er ein viktig arena for spr\u00e5kleg utvikling, og for integrering og sosial utvikling. Kommunen skal styrke kompetansen blant dei barnehagetilsette for \u00e5 betre forholda for utvikling for v\u00e5re minste.<\/p>\t\t\t

Ha full barnehagedekking og eit variert og godt barnehagetilbod medgode inne- og utemilj\u00f8<\/p>

Til det beste for barna og dei tilsette, arbeide for at Kalandbarnehage ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5r betre og meir funksjonelle lokalitetar, sett i samanheng medskulestrukturen i kommunen<\/p>

Arbeide for \u00e5 f\u00e5 fleire mannlege pedagogar i barnehagane, for \u00e5 bidratil eit end\u00e5 betre oppvekstmilj\u00f8<\/p>

Satse p\u00e5 kompetanseheving for tilsette i barnehagen og grunnskulen<\/p>

St\u00f8tte arbeidet med tidleg innsats og bruken av ”La Linja” somkvalitetssikringssystem for barna i heile oppl\u00e6ringsl\u00f8pet<\/p>

Stimulere til auka samarbeid mellom dei to grunnskulane<\/p>

At det skal utarbeidast ein tydeleg tiltaksplan for \u00e5 f\u00e5 vekk mobbing,st\u00f8y og uro i klasserommet, og at l\u00e6raren skal gis moglegheit til \u00e5 handheveden<\/p>

At ogs\u00e5 elevar med h\u00f8g fagleg kompetanse skal f\u00e5 tilrettelagtundervisning<\/p>

At det skal gjennomf\u00f8rast pr\u00f8ver i symjeferdigheitsom ein del av kropps\u00f8vingsfaget i 4., 7., og 10.trinn,. Det skal gjevasttilbod om ekstra oppl\u00e6ring i etterkant til dei elevane som ikkje n\u00e5r krava p\u00e54.trinn<\/p>

Kartlegge og f\u00f8lgje opp l\u00e6ringsresultat p\u00e5 kvar enkelt skule. Haopenheit om resultata<\/p>

Arbeid for \u00e5 samle ungdomsskuletrinnet p\u00e5 ein stad.Dette vil f\u00f8re til mellom anna eit breiare fagmilj\u00f8 blant l\u00e6rarane og ei meirtenleg og rasjonell utnytting av lokalitetar og utstyr.<\/p>

St\u00f8rre fagmilj\u00f8 og meir samarbeid l\u00e6rarane imellom vil fremjekvaliteten i l\u00e6ringsarbeidet og auke l\u00e6ringsutbyttet for elevane<\/p>

St\u00f8tte samarbeidet mellom ungdomstrinnet og den vidareg\u00e5ande skulenetter m\u00f8nster for 8-13-skuleprinsippet<\/p>

Arbeide for \u00e5 behalde Austrheim vidareg\u00e5ande skule (AVS), at skulen f\u00e5rbygt nytt, tenleg og framtidsretta skulebygg og at prosjektet vert snarlegrealisert<\/p>

Arbeide for at AVS f\u00e5r styrke sitt tilbod innan studiespesialisering oghelsefagleg utdanning og etablere havsport som eige programfag<\/p>

Styrke samarbeidet mellom det lokale n\u00e6ringslivet og skulane<\/o:p><\/p>
