Vi skal kunne se v\u00e5re barnebarn i \u00f8ynene om 20 \u00e5r og si; vi s\u00e5, vi planla og vi handlet.\u00c5 planlegge for fremtiden er derfor viktig. Det er mye som er kjent. Vivoksermed n\u00e6rmere 2000 personer i \u00e5ret, og i 2035 er vi &#8211; s\u00e5 fremt prognosene holder &#8211; 40.000 flere b\u00e6ringer. Planen best\u00e5r av en samfunnsdel og en arealdel. Vi har satt oss f\u00f8lgende fire hovedm\u00e5l mot 2035:<\/p><ul><li>Sikre b\u00e6rekraftige tjenester som gir innbyggerne mulighet for \u00f8kt selvhjulpenhet, mestring og l\u00e6ring.<\/li><li>V\u00e6re en innovativ og endringsdyktig organisasjon med gjennomf\u00f8ringskraft.<\/li><li>Legge dialog og medvirkning til grunn for utvikling av bedre l\u00f8sninger.<\/li><li>Sikre en balansert samfunnsutvikling som er mangfoldig, gr\u00f8nn og urban.<\/li><\/ul><p>Vi har vedtatt et langsiktig milj\u00f8vennlig utbyggingsm\u00f8nster gjennom v\u00e5rt valg av arealstrategi. Gode transportl\u00f8sninger og kollektivtilbud er et viktig kjernesp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l i den sentrale debatten om ny boligutbygging. Vi m\u00e5 fortette i kollektivknutepunktene slik at v\u00e5re innbyggere kan ta de klimakloke valgene. <\/p><p><\/p><p>Befolkningsveksten vil kreve store investeringer i nye barnehager, skoler og annen sosial infrastruktur. Samtidig skal vi opprettholde en b\u00e6rekraftig kommune\u00f8konomi slik at vi bygger videre p\u00e5 de mange gode kvalitetene og tilbudene i b\u00e6rumssamfunnet.<\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><p><br
