Ja, sier jeg. Kvinnedagen handler omlikestilling og likeverdfor begge kj\u00f8nn i alle aldre \u2013 uansett bakgrunn. Vi har det nok mye bedre enn de fleste land i verden, men vi kan ikke kan ta noe for gitt. Likestilling og likeverd handler om holdninger og innarbeidet kultur. Holdninger lever og endrer seg hele tiden, s\u00e5 det er alltid behov for \u00e5 p\u00e5virke i den retningen vi mener er riktig.<\/p><p data-safe-data-element-type=\"body\">Det drives godt holdningsarbeid hele tiden \u2013 heldigvis. Her er noen f\u00e5, av mange lokale eksempler:<\/p><ul><li>I B\u00e6rum har kommunestyret fattet et vedtak om \u00e5 etablere en heltidskultur i kommunen. Det er flere kvinner enn menn som arbeider deltid, og vedtaket skal bl.a. gi deltidsansatte fortrinn n\u00e5r det lyses ut hele stillinger.<\/li><li>I Asker tester de likestilling i helsetilbudet for ungdom, og har opprettet en helsestasjon for gutter. Generelt opps\u00f8ker gutter skolehelsetjenesten sjeldnere enn jenter.<\/li><li>I B\u00e6rum er det satt i verk flere tiltak for \u00e5 motvirke vold og overgrep mot unge ved bl.a. \u00e5 bevisstgj\u00f8re ungdom. Et eksempel er en brosjyre laget i samarbeid med kommunen og politiet; Sex \u2013 hvor g\u00e5r grensen?<\/li><li>B\u00e6rum kommune har nylig endret tittelen til kommunens \u00f8verste leder fra r\u00e5dmann til det mer kj\u00f8nnsn\u00f8ytrale kommunedirekt\u00f8r.<\/li><\/ul><p data-safe-data-element-type=\"body\">Vi skal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.budstikka.no\/nyheter\/kunst-pa-kvinnedagen\/402117!\/\">feire kvinnedagen<\/a> og v\u00e6re stolte at det samfunnet vi har, men ogs\u00e5 ydmyke for at holdninger til likestilling stadig utfordres og m\u00e5 st\u00f8ttes, forsvares og utvikles videre.<\/p><p>Her kan vi alle bidra i hverdagen. Som foreldre p\u00e5virker vi barn og unges holdninger med gode diskusjoner, og som rollebilder. P\u00e5 arbeidsplassen kan vi som kollegaer bidra til gode likestillingsholdninger og bedriftskulturer.<\/p><p><br \/><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"tags\">\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"post-footer alignfull
