Tirsdag 19. april arrangerte underutvalg for byutvikling \u00e5pent m\u00f8te. M\u00e5let? Hvordan f\u00e5 fart p\u00e5 byutviklingen i Bergen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8211; For H\u00f8yre er det viktig \u00e5 ha tett kontakt med n\u00e6ringslivet. For \u00e5 f\u00e5 flere innbyggere til \u00e5 bo og trives i Bergen, trenger vi utbyggere, arkitekter og utviklere med p\u00e5 laget, sier arrang\u00f8r, fungerende fraksjonsleder byutvikling og medlem av programkomiteen <strong><em>Chris J\u00f8rgen K. Dersom leiemarkedet blir for stort s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det p\u00e5 bekostning av prinsippet om selveierdemokratiet, der m\u00e5let er at flest mulig skal f\u00e5 ta del i samfunnets verdi\u00f8kninger gjennom \u00e5 eie egen bolig selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8211; Vi m\u00e5 bli bedre p\u00e5 \u00e5 bygge boliger som matcher behovet til Bergenserne. Det skal ikke v\u00e6re umulig for barnefamilier \u00e5 finne et hjem med nok plass, tilstrekkelig med soverom og dette til en pris som passer lommeboken, sier <strong>R\u00f8dland <\/strong>som frykter at f\u00e6rre unge vil komme seg inn p\u00e5 boligmarkedet i Bergen fremover. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bergen m\u00e5 bli en <em>ja-kommune<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjennomgangstema fra innlederne <em>(se oversikt i faktaboks under)<\/em> var at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>KPA er for detaljert<\/li><li>Saksbehandlingstiden er for lang <\/li><li>Tempoet i kommunen m\u00e5 opp <\/li><li>Det m\u00e5 bli bedre ledelse og kultur i avdeling for byggesak<\/li><li>Flere understreket ogs\u00e5 behovet for \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 dyktige medarbeidere, slik at kommuneadministrasjonen ikke tappes for n\u00f8dvendig kompetanse<\/li><li>Det kom ogs\u00e5 forslag om at milj\u00f8vennlige bygg, eller bygg som blir dyrere som f\u00f8lger av finere arkitektonisk utforming, b\u00f8r gis unntak fra enkelte bestemmelser, eksempelvis byggeh\u00f8yde<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8211; Dette bekrefter det H\u00f8yre har p\u00e5pekt lenge.
