In some cases it’s desirable to remove the Hero top banner from a page or a post. In this short guide, you’ll learn how to do this quite easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Switch to the code editor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The default and preferred editor is of course the Visual Editor. But sometimes it can be really handy to edit the underlying code directly, for example in cases like these. To switch to the code editor, click the three dots in the top right corner and choose Kode-redigering<\/code>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
2. Remove the Hero element<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Once you’ve opened the code editor, the next step is to remove the top-most element<\/strong> in the code. Make sure you’ve scrolled all the way to the top before trying to delete the code. The code that should be remove is like the highlighted code below, starting with <!-- wp:hoyre\/hero<\/code> and ending with <!-- \/wp:hoyre\/hero --><\/code>. Make sure to not delete anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRemove the text marked with a background color in the image above.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
3. Switch back to the Visual Editor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
After you’ve remove the text outlined above, switch back to the Visual Editor.
