Det skaper stabilitet i familien og i samfunnet. Det er derfor betenkelig at kommunen tyr til \u00f8kt skattelegging av folks hjem n\u00e5r det mangler penger i kommunekassa. Det kan f\u00e5 grunnmuren, som er selveiertanken den norske boligmodellen, til \u00e5 sl\u00e5 sprekker \u00e5 forvitre fordi kostnadene ved \u00e5 eie egen bolig blir for h\u00f8ye.<\/p><p>Kommunen m\u00e5 som familiene sette t\u00e6ring etter n\u00e6ring og husholdere p\u00e5 en klok m\u00e5te med det en har. En kan ikke skaffe seg \u00f8kt handlingsrom ved \u00e5 skyve problemene over p\u00e5 innbyggerne ved \u00e5 \u00f8ke eiendomsskatten. Dette er en skatt som skiller seg fra annen skattelegging ved at den er b\u00e5de tilfeldig og urettferdig og ikke tar hensyn til innbyggernes inntekt.     <\/p><p><br \/><\/p><\/div>\n<div
