I l\u00f8pet av de siste \u00e5tte \u00e5rene har Horten Kommunes gjeld \u00f8kt fra \u00e9n milliard til over tre. Disposisjonsfondet, «bufferkontoen», er med dagens \u00f8konomi- og handlingsplan t\u00f8mt i 2025.<\/p>

Vi har en stor andel eldre innbyggere og vi trenger flere unge innbyggere som kan s\u00f8rge for at inntekten til kommunen og tjenestene vi tilbyr er b\u00e6rekraftig i \u00e5rene som kommer. H\u00f8yre vil l\u00f8se disse utfordringene, og det m\u00e5 vi gj\u00f8re n\u00e5.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t
