S\u00f8rum kommune har eiendomsskatt, og m\u00e5 derfor forholde seg til Eiendomsskatteloven. <\/p>

Loven sier at eiendommene skal re-takseres hvert 10. \u00e5r. Dette er n\u00e5 gjort, og med den verdi\u00f8kningen de fleste har hatt, betyr dette at eiendomsskatten isolert sett \u00f8ker. Det er derfor avgj\u00f8rende viktig at vi hever bunnfradraget slik at kommunen samlet sett ikke f\u00e5r inn mer eiendomsskatt enn det som allerede l\u00e5 i \u00f8konomiplanen. <\/p>

Det er dessverre ikke flertall i kommunestyret for \u00e5 avvikle eiendomsskatten helt, men vi tar her et viktig grep i riktig retning n\u00e5r vi bremser utviklingen ved \u00e5 doble bunnfradraget fra 500 000 til 1 000 000. S\u00e5 i den grad det er mulig \u00e5 snakke om \u00abeiendomsskatt\u00bb og \u00abgladsak\u00bb i samme setning, s\u00e5 er dette det n\u00e6rmeste vi kommer i denne omgang.<\/em><\/div>\n
