Etablerte og gode bomilj\u00f8er skal bevares og skjermes ved ny utbygging i omr\u00e5det. Vi stiller krav om at skoler, veier og annen infrastruktur m\u00e5 v\u00e6re p\u00e5 plass f\u00f8r nye, store utbygginger tillates. L\u00f8renskog H\u00f8yre vil arbeide for at alle deler av kommunen skal ha gode bomilj\u00f8er med et allsidig tilbud til innbyggerne. <\/p>

L\u00f8renskog H\u00f8yre vil:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Reduserte bygningsh\u00f8yder, st\u00f8rre andel sm\u00e5hus, rekkehus<\/li>
  2. St\u00f8rre utearealer pr. bolig<\/li>
  3. Flere parkeringsplasser beboere og gjester<\/li>
  4. Skole- og barnehageplasser klare for nye innbyggere<\/li>
  5. Veil\u00f8sninger f\u00f8r utbygging, kollektivtilbud f\u00f8r trafikkrestriksjoner
