Heldigvis for Moss s\u00e5 har ikke de ansvarlige politiske partiene lyttet p\u00e5  Bedre Byutvikling Moss (BBM) <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E50\">i<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E51\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E53\">jernbanesaken<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E55\">. Hadde vi gjort det kunne hele jernbanesatsingen blitt en d\u00e5rlig l\u00f8sning for Moss.<\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E56\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E58\">Regjeringens store Inter-City satsing p\u00e5 \u00d8stlandet, blir betraktelig dyrere enn antatt, og det varsles derfor,<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E59\"> naturlig nok,<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E60\"> at ambisjonsniv\u00e5et m\u00e5 senkes. Planene for IC-satsingen har v\u00e6rt knyttet tett opp til byutvikling, men n\u00e5 sier direkt\u00f8ren i Bane Nor til Aftenposten at den strategien blir for kostbart, og de \u00f8nsker i st\u00f8rre grad \u00e5 benytte eksisterende stasjoner.  I IC-satsingen er det ti byer p\u00e5 \u00d8stlandet som blir sterkt p\u00e5virket av de endrede planene, men<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E61\"> n\u00e5 varsles det<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E62\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E63\">at<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E64\"> kun to av disse slipper \u00e5 endre planene, nemlig Moss og Drammen. Moss slipper \u00e5 revurdere planene fordi vi allerede har kommet langt i planleggingen og fordi det er et stort politisk flertall for valgte l\u00f8sning. Resten av <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E65\">byene<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E66\"> i IC satsingen, som<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E67\"> for eksempel<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E68\"> Fredrikstad f\u00e5r sannsynligvis ikke gjennomslag for de lokale \u00f8nskene.<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E69\"> I Fr<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E70\">edrikstad har<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E71\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E72\">flertallet<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E73\"> \u00f8nsket<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E74\"> \u00e5 flytte jernbanestasjonen til Gr\u00f8nli, for s\u00e5 \u00e5 sette igang et stort byutviklingsprosjekt <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E75\">ved den nye stasjonen<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E76\">. N\u00e5 varsler jernbanedirekt\u00f8ren at <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E77\">ved<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E78\"> \u00e5 benytte eksisterende stasjon vil samfunnet spare fire milliarder krone<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E79\">r. <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E80\">Det er \u00e5penbart at en slik beslutning vil f\u00e5 store konsekvenser for den planlagte byutviklingen p\u00e5 Gr\u00f8nli.<br \/><\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E81\">Opprinnelig \u00f8nsket Bane Nor (den gang NSB), \u00e5 beholde dagens tras\u00e9 gjennom byen, og utvide denne til to spor. Det hadde v\u00e6rt en kostnadseffektiv l\u00f8sning for Bane Nor, men en d\u00e5rlig l\u00f8sning for Moss. Med et systematisk politisk arbeid fikk byen gjennomslag for det s\u00e5kalte 2B alternativet. Den generelle oppfatningen var at dette var en meget god l\u00f8sning for byen, og et stort politisk flertall stilte seg bak l\u00f8sningen. Men tiden gikk og det ene forslaget etter det andre ble lansert, som stasjon under H\u00f8yenhall, under basartaket, ved E6 og tilslutt p\u00e5 Myra.<br \/><\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E84\">Mange har latt seg besn\u00e6re av forslaget om stasjon p\u00e5 Myra, som i ettertid har blitt utsatt for betydelig kritikk for sine svakheter og mangler. Men mange har latt seg forlede av BBM og noen politikere, til \u00e5 tro at dette fremdeles er et reelt alternativ.<br \/><\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E87\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E89\">Hvis bystyre hadde lyttet til BBM og beholdt Nyquistbyen og foretatt en full utredning av Myraalternativet<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E90\">, s\u00e5<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E91\"> ville Moss i dag v\u00e6rt en av de byene som ikke <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E92\">hadde<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E93\"> f\u00e5tt innfridd sine \u00f8nsker om jernbane og byutvikling. Sannsynligvis hadde vi da f\u00e5tt en l\u00f8sning med jernbanestasjonen der den ligger i dag og med tras\u00e9 gjennom byen, ikke under byen. Slik jernbanedirekt\u00f8ren n\u00e5 varsler at hun vil gj\u00f8re andre steder. Togene ville fort<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E94\">sette<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E95\"> \u00e5 g\u00e5 der de har g\u00e5tt i vel hundre og femti \u00e5r, men n\u00e5 med et dobbeltspor som deler byen i to, og \u00e5tte tog i timen til Oslo.<br \/><\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E96\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E98\">Jeg oppfordrer n\u00e5 de partiene som \u00f8nsker omkamp om stasjon p\u00e5 Myra, om \u00e5 besinne seg.  Skulle det bli flertall<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E99\">,<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E100\"> for en utredning av Myra etter valget, er det stor sannsynlighet for at ogs\u00e5 utbedring av dagens linje gjennom byen<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E101\"> med eksisterende stasjon<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E102\"> blir utredet. Og hvilken l\u00f8sning tror dere er rimeligst for staten? Startes en slik omkamp vil jeg p\u00e5st\u00e5 at det er overveiende sannsynlig at Moss taper kampen, og den rimeligste l\u00f8sningen blir valgt, nemlig \u00e5 beholde dagens stasjon og<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E103\"> dagens<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E104\"> jernbanetras\u00e9 gjennom byen<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E105\">. <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E106\">Vil dere<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E107\"> fremdeles kreve utredning av Myra og<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E108\"> ta den risikoen, MDG, FRP, Ny Kurs og R\u00f8dt?<br \/><\/p><p is=\"qowt-word-para\" qowt-lvl=\"undefined\" qowt-entry=\"undefined\" qowt-eid=\"E109\"><span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E111\">Bane Nor har<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E112\"> v\u00e6rt tydelige p\u00e5 at de ikke<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E113\"> vill<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E114\"> utrede mer, og arbeidet med hoved<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E115\">entreprisen<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E116\"> har startet. <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E117\">Hvordan tenker de nevnte partiene at <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E118\">en ny utredning skal finansieres? Og hvordan ser de for <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E119\">seg <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E120\">at <span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E121\">et s\u00f8ksm\u00e5l fra entrepren\u00f8ren skal l\u00f8ses<span is=\"qowt-word-run\" qowt-eid=\"E122\">, n\u00e5r kontrakten brytes?
