Derfor skal vi s\u00f8rge for st\u00f8rst vekst i omr\u00e5der som har god tilgang p\u00e5 h\u00f8yfrekvent kollektivtransport, men vi skal ogs\u00e5 s\u00f8rge for vedlikeholdsvekst i omr\u00e5der som Skotbu, Kr\u00e5kstad og B\u00e5lerud. P\u00e5 Siggerud m\u00e5 sentrum utvikles til et lite kommunedelsenter gjennom transformasjon og variert bebyggelse.<\/p><p>V\u00e5r kommune forventer sterk vekst n\u00e5r Follobanen settes i drift. Kommunen skal ha en aktiv holdning til utbyggingsavtaler, slik at infrastruktur som vann, kloakk, veier og fortau raskt kommer p\u00e5 plass, med bidrag fra de aktuelle utbyggerne. Vi vil s\u00f8rge for at det utvikles gode og attraktive bomilj\u00f8er og et b\u00e6rekraftig n\u00e6ringsliv.<\/p><br \/><em>Derfor vil vi<\/em><ul><li>ha fokus p\u00e5 gode boomr\u00e5der med varierte boligtyper og st\u00f8rrelser<\/li><li>sikre arealer for utvikling av n\u00e6ringslivet<\/li><li>f\u00f8lge opp de vedtatte st\u00f8ybestemmelsene for Beredskapssenteret<\/li><li>vurdere behovet for skoler, barnehager og idrettsanlegg, samt friluftsliv, n\u00e5r utbygningsplaner vedtas<\/li><li>planlegge boligomr\u00e5dene slik at vi f\u00e5r tilfredsstillende gang- og sykkelveier og gode kollektivl\u00f8sninger<\/li><li>omregulere motocrossbanen i Assurdalen til n\u00e6ring og offentlig form\u00e5l, og arbeide for en annen plassering av banen<\/li><li>ta vare p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nne lunger og legge til rette for generasjonsm\u00f8teplasser<\/li><li>tilrettelegge for utvikling av boliger for f\u00f8rstegangs etablerere, og at alle som oppfyller krietriene for startl\u00e5n, f\u00e5r dette innvilget<\/li><li>arbeide for fullfinansiering av ny jernbanebro p\u00e5 Oppeg\u00e5rd<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><\/p><p>Tilbake til <a
