Byr\u00e5dspartiene m\u00f8tte H\u00f8yre og Venstres krav om detaljene for finansieringen og framdriften i de ulike kollektiv- og vegprosjektene i Oslopakke 3 for \u00e5rene 2020-2023. H\u00f8yre feirer at det settes av 175 millioner kroner til planlegging og oppstart av R\u00f8a-tunnelen fra 2022!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Bakgrunnen er at byr\u00e5det har nylig lagt frem forslag om hvordan pengene i Oslopakke 3 skal brukes i \u00e5rene 2020-2023, men uten \u00e5 sette av midler til\u00a0 bygging av R\u00f8a-tunnelen.<\/a> H\u00f8yre mente dette var et klart avtalebrudd fra byr\u00e5dets side. H\u00f8yre, Venstre og KrF fremmet derfor forrige uke forslag om at planen for Oslopakke 3 skulle sendes tilbake til byr\u00e5det.<\/a> Siden da har partiene hatt samtaler med byr\u00e5dspartiene med m\u00e5l om \u00e5 bli enige om \u00e5 f\u00f8lge opp hele avtalen, inkludert R\u00f8a-tunnelen.<\/p>

For H\u00f8yre er det viktig \u00e5 sikre at den mange\u00e5rige satsingen p\u00e5 kollektivtrafikk fortsetter, og at det fortsatt skal settes av midler til vegtunneler som tar trafikken bort fra byen og tungt trafikkerte boligomr\u00e5der. R\u00f8a-tunnelen er et av prosjektene H\u00f8yre har prioritert h\u00f8yt i Oslopakke 3. Derfor var det viktig for H\u00f8yre \u00e5 reagere n\u00e5r byr\u00e5det la frem et forslag som satte viktige kollektiv- og vegprosjekter p\u00e5 spill.<\/p>

Med enigheten i dag settes det av 175 millioner kroner til planlegging og oppstart av R\u00f8a-tunnelen i 2022. Alternativet hadde v\u00e6rt at tunnelen ble skj\u00f8vet ut i en uviss fremtid, stikk i strid med avtalen om Oslopakke 3. H\u00f8yre vil kjempe videre for at det bygges en lang tunnel p\u00e5 R\u00f8a. En lang tunnel vil redusere st\u00f8ybelastningen, forbedre luftkvaliteten og skape triveligere bomilj\u00f8 for n\u00e6r 15\u00a0000 mennesker i Oslo. Arbeidet med tunnelen har n\u00e5 tatt et viktig steg i riktig retning etter H\u00f8yre og Venstres krav. Det er gode nyheter for mange innbyggerne p\u00e5 R\u00f8a.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
