I forkant av Oslo MDGs \u00e5rsm\u00f8te i helgen, utfordrer Eirik Lae Solberg, Oslo H\u00f8yres byr\u00e5dslederkandidat, MDG til \u00e5 v\u00e6re med \u00e5 bekjempe plast i havet.<\/strong><\/p>

Eirik Lae Solberg (H) viser at det fremdeles blir brukt un\u00f8dvendig engangsplast i R\u00e5dhusets kantine. Dette vil han gj\u00f8re noe med.<\/p><\/div>

– For et \u00e5r siden foreslo Oslo H\u00f8yre en handlingsplan med konkrete forslag for \u00e5 bekjempe engangsplast og marin fors\u00f8pling i Oslo. Blant annet foreslo vi \u00e5 etablere en renovasjonstjeneste som rydder i fjorden v\u00e5r og \u00e5 bel\u00f8nne leverand\u00f8rer som tilbyr plastfrie alternativer. Oslo kommune kj\u00f8per inn for ca. 20 milliarder kroner i \u00e5ret og vi m\u00e5 bruke innkj\u00f8pene v\u00e5re til \u00e5 bekjempe plast i havet, sier H\u00f8yres byr\u00e5dslederkandidat Eirik Lae Solberg.<\/p>

– Vi ble overrasket da MDG stemte imot v\u00e5rt forslag om \u00e5 bekjempe plast i havet. Istedenfor \u00f8nsket de kun \u00e5 vurdere forslagene. Kampen mot plast i havet er s\u00e5 viktig at handling m\u00e5 f\u00f8lge ord, slik at vi faktisk gj\u00f8r noe med problemet. Da holder det ikke \u00e5 bruke mer enn et \u00e5r p\u00e5 \u00e5 vurdere tiltak, sier Lae Solberg.<\/p>

– I stedet for \u00e5 bruke store ord, men stemme ned viktige milj\u00f8tiltak, burde heller MDG jobbe for \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re dem n\u00e5 som de er i posisjon. Jeg utfordrer derfor MDG til \u00e5 vedta mer enn bare symbolpolitikk p\u00e5 helgens \u00e5rsm\u00f8te, sier Lae Solberg.<\/p>

– Vi skal ikke g\u00e5 lenger enn til R\u00e5dhusets kantine hvor det fremdeles blir brukt un\u00f8dvendig engangsplast. Slik kan vi ikke ha det! Jeg utfordrer MDG til \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re den politikken vi tross alt er enig om her i Oslo, sier han avslutningsvis, avslutter Lae Solberg.<\/p>
