Som medmenneske s\u00e5 smerter det \u00e5 se at vi i dag har en integreringspolitikk som jeg mener fungerer som en utenforskapsmaskin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eller for \u00e5 v\u00e6re presis, utenforskapsmaskinen er politikken som IKKE f\u00f8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FEM \u00c5R, det er tidsrammen vi i dag setter for integrering i Norge, deretter overlates integreringen til arbeidslivet, NAV, frivilligheten, skolene v\u00e5re, helsetjenestene, barnevernet og kommunen gjennom sosiale tjenester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kj\u00e6re landsm\u00f8te, jobben er p\u00e5 ingen m\u00e5te over etter fem \u00e5r. Politikken vi IKKE f\u00f8rer har skapt et fenomen som kraftig utfordrer spesielt storbyene og de store og sentrale tettstedene. Omr\u00e5der hvor man ofte flytter etter fem \u00e5r, og jobben med \u00e5 integrere starter p\u00e5 nytt. Fenomenet heter sekund\u00e6rbosatte flyktninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenomenet sekund\u00e6rflyktninger har gitt en uverdig virkelighet som gir meg vondt i magen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 % av innbyggerne, men allikevel 45 % av barna som trenger en alternativ skolehverdag,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 % av barna som trenger ekstra oppf\u00f8lging i barnehagen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 % av kommunenes sosialhjelpsbudsjett.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeg kunne fortsatt, tallene er brutale, men ogs\u00e5 en \u00e6rlig beskrivelse av en uverdig virkelighet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Landsm\u00f8te, H\u00f8yre erkjenner denne uverdige virkeligheten i programmet og viser vilje til \u00e5 endre forutsetningene. Politikken som i dag IKKE f\u00f8res har skapt en utenforskapsmaskin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi trenger ikke bare en NY politikk, vi trenger MER politikk. Ingen slagord, bare nye l\u00f8sninger for en uverdig virkelighet.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"tags\">\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"post-footer alignfull has-background block-editor-block-list__block\"
