At T\u00f8nsberg er Norges eldste by, forplikter! <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En stedstilpasset byutvikling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>God utvikling skaper en attraktiv kommune. Derfor vil vi f\u00f8re en fremtidsrettet og forutsigbar politikk innen by- og stedsutvikling i \u00e5rene fremover. T\u00f8nsberg H\u00f8yre vil legge til rette for \u00e5 \u00e5pne opp lukkede byrom i sentrum slik at de skal kunne utvikles. Vi vil stille krav til stedstilpasset utbygging hvor arkitekturen tilpasses omgivelsene, og hvor man forandrer for \u00e5 bevare. At T\u00f8nsberg er Norges eldste by, forplikter! T\u00f8nsberg H\u00f8yre vil jobbe for at relevante utbyggere snakker bedre sammen, slik at vi f\u00e5r en helhetlig utvikling.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-teft-factbox is-style-blue\"><div class=\"factbox-inner\"><div class=\"entry-content\"><h4 class=\"toggle\">T\u00f8nsberg H\u00f8yre vil:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>sikre at fremtidig byutvikling ivaretar det unike med T\u00f8nsberg, og at fornyelse kan finne sted samtidig som vi forsterker og bevarer byens historiske karakter og identitet. Utviklingen skal finne sted p\u00e5 kommunens premisser, gjennom bruk av stedsanalyser og kunnskapsgrunnlag<\/li><li>arbeide for at flere av utbyggingsprosjektene i sentrum er utformet i tr\u00e5d med omr\u00e5dets historiske byggeskikk, gjennom en byplan hvor h\u00f8yder, farger og stedstilpasning skal v\u00e6re f\u00f8rende\u00a0<\/li><li>s\u00f8rge for at Kaldnes Vest blir en bydel for alle, ved \u00e5 bevare gr\u00f8ntarealer, etablere aktivitetspark og samtidig hensynta bolig og n\u00e6ring\u00a0<\/li><li>arbeide for \u00e5 bevare den eldre trehusbebyggelsen i T\u00f8nsberg<\/li><li>s\u00f8rge for at utbyggingssaker som kommer til politisk behandling, inneholder realistiske tegninger, skisser og illustrasjoner, og som viser prosjektet sett fra bakkeniv\u00e5, slik man vil m\u00f8te byggene n\u00e5r de er ferdigstilt<\/li><li>ansette en byantikvar som skal v\u00e6re kommunens faglige r\u00e5dgiver i sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som gjelder bevaring av arkitektoniske og kulturhistoriske bygninger og milj\u00f8er<\/li><li>at det utarbeides en mulighetsanalyse for bruken av Gunnarsb\u00f8 med tilh\u00f8rende parkomr\u00e5de for tilgjengeliggj\u00f8ring til nytte og glede for flere<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":14966,"featured_media":0,"parent":1438,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"teft_cards_image_url":"","teft_cards_custom_pretitle":"","teft_cards_image_id":1053,"teft_cards_image_focal_point_x":0.5,"teft_cards_image_focal_point_y":0.5,"teft_cards_title":"","teft_cards_excerpt":"","teft_show_chapters":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1395","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
