Dette sl\u00e5r Sems egen Ole Sverre Lund (H) fast foran bystyrem\u00f8tet neste uke. En overordnet plan for handel, n\u00e6ringsliv og bomilj\u00f8 i Semsbyomr\u00e5det skal utarbeides. I 2016 ble det framlagt en mulighetsstudie som befolkningen p\u00e5 Sem har bidratt til, opplyser H\u00f8yres Ole Sverre Lund og fortsetter:<\/p>

\u00abMed sin sentrale beliggenhet er Semsbyen en godt sted \u00e5 bo med god skole og gode barnehager og et aktivt foreningsliv. Planen skal legge forhold til rette for at uteomr\u00e5dene p\u00e5 Sem kan blir mere attraktive. Vi \u00f8nsker mindre arealer til parkeringsplasser, flere gr\u00f8nne omr\u00e5der, lekearealer for barn og hyggelige treffsteder.<\/p>

Vi har noen utfordringer, men hvis kommunen, n\u00e6ringslivet og beboerne p\u00e5 Sem samarbeider, skal vi i fellesskap gj\u00f8re Sem til et attraktivt sted i \u00e5rene framover\u00bb.<\/p>
