Men s\u00e5 lenge Buskerud ikke \u00f8nsker dette, s\u00e5 blir denne l\u00f8sningen vanskelig. H\u00f8yre var det enste partiet som gikk for r\u00e5dmannens innstilling om \u00e5 g\u00e5 for en l\u00f8sning \u00e5 forhandle med VIKEN (Buskerud-Akershus-\u00d8stfold). Flertallet, da med H\u00f8yre, gikk for et forslag om \u00e5 forhandle med b\u00e5de de i nord og de i s\u00f8r for Vestfold.<\/p>
