H\u00f8yre \u00f8nsker fortgang i oppstart av arbeidet med kommunedelplan for Hogsnes\/Sm\u00f8rberg\/Vear og Brua\u00e5sen. Derfor ba partiet i bystyret i kveld administrasjonen om \u00e5 forsere arbeidet eller i det minste tidfeste n\u00e5r det kan starte. Kostnadene ligger inne i \u00f8konomiplanen for 2018. Bakgrunnen for H\u00f8yres ut\u00e5lmodighet er blant annet innspill til et nytt lokalsenter p\u00e5 Vear. Men ogs\u00e5 en rekke andre faktorer taler for at arbeidet med en helhetlig plan for hele omr\u00e5det, haster.<\/p>\t\t\t

Tove Rise Kv\u00e6rne (H), nylig tilflyttet Vear, pekte p\u00e5 at byggingen av nytt sykehjem p\u00e5 Hogsnes og utbyggingen av Firingen vil p\u00e5virke omr\u00e5det. Videre minnet hun om fylkesvei 303 som var ferdig regulert i 2013. -Rammebetingelsene som ble lagt til grunn i 2013, er n\u00e5 endret p\u00e5 grunn av bl.a. ny kommunegrense og nye utbyggingsplaner, sa Kv\u00e6rne.<\/p>

-I den nye planen m\u00e5 vi ogs\u00e5 ivareta hensynet til elever fra Hogsnes\u00e5sen og Bjelland\u00e5sen, s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r en trygg og god skolevei til Vear, sa Kv\u00e6rne som ogs\u00e5 var opptatt av at planen vil vise en helhetlig teknisk- og sosial infrastruktur. Samt ta opp i seg andre n\u00e6rmilj\u00f8kvaliteter, ulike sentrumsfunksjoner og behov for alle aldre. <\/p>
