De ansatte gj\u00f8r s\u00e5 godt de kan, men merker at bemanningen og ressursene ikke strekker til. Vi har gang p\u00e5 gang h\u00f8rt historier om pleiere som g\u00e5r overtid uten \u00e5 f\u00e5 betalt, at pasienter ikke f\u00e5r stell p\u00e5 flere timer, og at hjemmetjenesten har for travelt. Dette skyldes ikke de ansatte, men d\u00e5rlige politiske prioriteringer. Greit nok er ikke godt for v\u00e5re eldre. Sykefrav\u00e6ret i kommunen viser at vi har sviktet som arbeidsgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det skal v\u00e6re trygt og godt \u00e5 bli gammel i Trondheim. Alle har forskjellige behov, enten du er en aktiv senior eller trenger hjelp i hverdagen. Som senior i Trondheim vil vi bidra til at du f\u00e5r et godt og aktivt liv. Vi vil s\u00f8rge for at alle eldre opplever livsglede, og b\u00e5de har en tilpasset helsetjeneste, rett bolig til rett tid, og et godt aktivitets- og kulturtilbud i kommunen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi vil \u00f8ke grunnbemanningen i sykehjemmene og f\u00e5 ned sykefrav\u00e6ret i eldreomsorgen. M\u00e5let er \u00e5 gi alle gode og verdige liv. Slik skaper vi et Trondheim hvor det er trygt og godt \u00e5 bli gammel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trondheim H\u00f8yre vil:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00d8ke bemanningen i helsesektoren i Trondheim<\/strong>, ved at flere leverer tjenestene og f\u00e6rre planlegger dem.<\/li><li><strong>Bygge rett bolig til riktig tid. <\/strong>H\u00f8yre vil bygge boliger s\u00e5nn at flest mulig kan bo lengst mulig hjemme. \u00d8kt bruk av velferdsteknologi, gode fellesarealer, m\u00f8testeder og stimulering til aktivitet og fellesskap er viktige forutsetninger for \u00e5 lykkes.<\/li><li><strong>Sykefrav\u00e6ret skal ned <\/strong>for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re hverdagen til ansatte og de som mottar tjenester enklere og bedre.
