Solveig Grene Seip\u00e6j\u00e6rvi vil i kommunestyrem\u00f8tet den 7. mars fremme en interpellasjon om samboergaranti for eldre n\u00e5r omsorgsbehov oppst\u00e5r. <\/p>

Mange eldre som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bo sammen helt til livets slutt, opplever i dag at dette ikke er mulig n\u00e5r den ene ektefellen f\u00e5r behov for \u00e5 bo p\u00e5 sykehjem. H\u00f8yre mener at alle ektepar som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bo sammen p\u00e5 sykehjem skal f\u00e5 lov til det, selv om bare den ene ektefellen har vedtak om langtidsopphold. Forutsetningen er at den andre ektefellen ogs\u00e5 trenger helse- og omsorgstjenester, og delvis oppfyller kriterier for tildeling av korttidsopphold. <\/p>

Ullensaker H\u00f8yre \u00f8nsker med dette \u00e5 s\u00f8rge for en samboergaranti p\u00e5 sykehjem, for Ullensakers innbyggere.<\/p>

I interpellasjonen stilles det f\u00f8lgende to sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l til ordf\u00f8reren: <\/p>

1. Vil ordf\u00f8rer st\u00f8tte forslaget om \u00e5 la ektepar bo sammen p\u00e5 institusjon selv om bare en har f\u00e5tt vedtak om langtidsopphold, forutsatt at den andre ogs\u00e5 trenger helse- og omsorgstjenester og delvis oppfyller kriterier for tildeling av korttidsopphold?<\/p>

2. Vil ordf\u00f8reren i s\u00e5 fall s\u00f8rge for at kommunestyret snarest f\u00e5r en sak til behandling vedr\u00f8rende dette?<\/p>
