Kokekar, ryggsekk og teltduk. Det er mye som skal kj\u00f8pes inn for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re en soldat klar til strid. V\u00e5pen, ammunisjon og feltuniform. Det er nok av lavthengende frukter \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe inn. Lag, tropp, kompani og bataljon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hva venter vi p\u00e5 \u2013 er det ikke bare \u00e5 fylle rullene med soldater og befal etter hvert som de dimitteres? Biler, pansra kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y og stridsvogner. Det er ingen grunn til \u00e5 vente med \u00e5 bestille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I dag er ikke Russland noen landmilit\u00e6r trussel mot Norge \u2013 men Russlands krigsindustri g\u00e5r p\u00e5 h\u00f8ygir. Det er langt igjen til v\u00e5r krigsindustri har kommet opp i tilsvarende produksjonshastighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e5 hva venter vi p\u00e5?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eller regjeringen \u2013 hva venter de p\u00e5?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiden for \u00e5 vente \u00e5 se, lytte og l\u00e6re er forbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5 er tiden inne for handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regjeringen har hverken handlekraft eller gjennomf\u00f8ringsevne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TTT \u2013 Ting tar tid!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etter Sovjets fall ble Forsvaret omorganisert og innrettet for nedrustning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi er p\u00e5 overtid med effektivisere for opprustning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dette er Regjeringens ansvar, og det ansvaret fyller de ikke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det er bra at et tverrpolitisk Storting ble enige om en ny langtidsplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men den er ikke ambisi\u00f8s nok, og det g\u00e5r for sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dersom Trump og Putin tvinger igjennom en fredsavtale, blir Putins l\u00e6ring at det er p\u00f8belen som vinner til slutt. Da kan han forledes til \u00e5 starte nye eventyr. Kanskje ikke mot Norge \u2013 men mot en av randstatene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eller Svalbard. Den som har kontroll p\u00e5 Svalbard, har kontroll p\u00e5 Barentshavet. Et havomr\u00e5de som blir gradvis viktigere ettersom isen smelter og det blir mer trafikk i nord\u00f8stpassasjen. Den korteste veien mellom Europa og Kina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kj\u00e6re landsm\u00f8te<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5 er det ikke lenger tid for slagord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bare handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eller som vi sier i Vestfolds forslag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi m\u00e5 styrke v\u00e5rt Forsvar i betydelig grad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
