Sykefrav\u00e6ret koster oss som samfunn mye, og advarslene mot \u00e5 fortsette slik vi gj\u00f8r i dag, de er ikke f\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5r sykefrav\u00e6ret i fjor var p\u00e5 sitt h\u00f8yeste p\u00e5 15 \u00e5r, n\u00e5r sykefrav\u00e6ret til nabolandene v\u00e5re er vesentlig lavere enn v\u00e5re og n\u00e5r vi tydelig ser at ordningene vi har i dag ikke kommer til \u00e5 fungere over tid \u2013 s\u00e5 viser det at det er noe grunnleggende feil med m\u00e5ten vi legger opp velferdsordningene v\u00e5re p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det at vi har hatt en god sykel\u00f8nnsordning har hjulpet oss godt i mange \u00e5r. Men p\u00e5 et tidspunkt m\u00e5 man anerkjenne at det har g\u00e5tt for langt. Enten vi vil eller ikke, kommer vi til \u00e5 m\u00e5tte gj\u00f8re endringer i sykel\u00f8nnsordningen i \u00e5rene som kommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Og desto tidligere vi er ute med \u00e5 gj\u00f8re de endringene, desto mindre inngripende vil de m\u00e5tte v\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Og landsm\u00f8te,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeg skal ikke st\u00e5 her \u00e5 diktere hvordan fremtidens sykel\u00f8nnsordning skal se ut. Men at vi tar en fot i bakken og at ser hva vi kan gj\u00f8re for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en mer b\u00e6rekraftig sykel\u00f8nnsordning, det skylder vi de fremtidige generasjonene som skal b\u00e6re fremtidens velferdssamfunn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e5 kj\u00e6re landsm\u00f8te, jeg h\u00e5per dere st\u00f8tter forslag nummer 364 fra Vestfold H\u00f8yre\u2013 f\u00f8r det er for sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
