Vi trenger mer tillit,<\/strong> mindre detaljstyring.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Som ordf\u00f8rer i T\u00f8nsberg kjenner jeg godt p\u00e5 hvordan nasjonale krav og byr\u00e5krati ofte legger b\u00e5nd p\u00e5 v\u00e5r evne til \u00e5 prioritere lokalt. N\u00e5r H\u00f8yre sier «mer tid til omstilling \u2013 mindre tid til byr\u00e5krati<\/strong>«, treffer det en nerve<\/strong> hos mange av oss som faktisk st\u00e5r i f\u00f8rstelinjen for \u00e5 levere gode tjenester til innbyggerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kommunene er ikke like \u2013 det som fungerer i en storby, passer ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis for en kommune som T\u00f8nsberg. Vi trenger st\u00f8rre handlingsrom og bedre samsvar mellom oppgaver og overf\u00f8ringer.<\/strong> I dag bruker vi for mye tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 rapportere, s\u00f8ke dispensasjoner og etterleve krav som ofte oppleves un\u00f8dvendig rigide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hvis vi virkelig mener alvor med \u00e5 styrke velferden, m\u00e5 vi begynne med \u00e5 ha tillit til at vi lokalt<\/strong> vet best hvordan vi l\u00f8ser v\u00e5re egne utfordringer. Det handler ikke om mindre ansvar \u2013 tvert imot<\/strong> \u2013 det handler om mer ansvar og bedre resultater<\/strong> for innbyggerne v\u00e5re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
