H\u00f8yre har i dag vedtatt mye god og ny skolepolitikk. Vestfold H\u00f8yre har v\u00e6rt sv\u00e6rt aktiv i debattene, og sikret gode gjennomslag som gj\u00f8r skolene og barnehagene v\u00e5re enda bedre.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t

I forhandlingene p\u00e5 H\u00f8yres landsm\u00f8te var fylkesordf\u00f8rer Anne Str\u00f8m\u00f8y, fylkesleder Mathias Willassen Hanssen og fylkesleder Maria Wangberg for Unge H\u00f8yre p\u00e5 talerstolen for \u00e5 snakke frem v\u00e5re endringsforslag. Delegasjonen er s\u00e5 langt forn\u00f8yd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vestfold H\u00f8yre har blant annet f\u00e5tt gjennomslag for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flere tverrfaglige team i skolen, slik at elevene f\u00e5r st\u00f8tte og l\u00e6rerne kan fokusere mer p\u00e5 undervisning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nytt punkt: Videref\u00f8re en bemanningsnorm og pedagognorm i barnehage, men vurdere endringer som gir kommuner st\u00f8rre mulighet til \u00e5 ta i bruk ulik barnefaglig kompetanse og mer fleksibilitet til \u00e5 prioritere ressurser der det trengs mest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nytt punkt: Endre l\u00e6rernormen slik at den blir mer fleksibel, for eksempel flytte den til kommuneniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flere tverrfaglige team i skolen, slik at elevene f\u00e5r st\u00f8tte og l\u00e6rerne kan fokusere mer p\u00e5 undervisning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I samarbeid med ideelle akt\u00f8rer, n\u00e6ringsliv og kommuner vil H\u00f8yre at flere elever skal f\u00e5 delta p\u00e5 en alternativ arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f8rge for at alle skoler har et trygt og effektivt filter p\u00e5 skolens digitale verkt\u00f8y slik at elever ikke utsettes for skadelig og u\u00f8nsket innhold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nytt punkt: Vurdere \u00e5 innf\u00f8re arbeidsplassbasert l\u00e6rerutdanning (ALU), slik at ufagl\u00e6rte som jobber i skolen kan ta l\u00e6rerutdanning samtidig som de jobber i skolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nytt punkt: I st\u00f8rre grad innrette spr\u00e5koppl\u00e6ringen i skolen etter arbeidslivets behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
