Volda H\u00f8gre er opptekne av at vi skal ha ei planlegging over tid som gjer at vi alltid har tilgang p\u00e5 ledige bustadtomter. Slik situasjonen er akkurat no, s\u00e5 manglar vi einebustadtomter i Volda sentrum. Det er ikkje haldbart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det er mange og kvar for seg gode grunnar til at planleggingsprosessane tek lang tid. Men n\u00e5r B58 p\u00e5 \u00f8verst i Heltne\/Bratteberg framleis ikkje er salgbart etter at reguleringsplanen vart godkjend i 2016, s\u00e5 er det for lang tid. Det same gjeld for Urbakkfoten som vart godkjent reguleringsplan for i 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ledige attraktive bustadtomter og ledige einebustadtomter i Volda sentrum er heilt n\u00f8dvendig b\u00e5de for \u00e5 halde p\u00e5 folk og trekke til seg nye folk. Vi har bra med arbeidsplassar – det er mange som pendlar inn til Volda – s\u00e5 vi b\u00f8r ha potensielle for \u00e5 tilby fleire \u00e5 bu her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
